Philosophy |
We work under the philosophy that,"Arroyo Vista is a community of learners where all children will be given the skills necessary to make them successful citizens of the new millennium." A T.E.A.M. (Together Everyone Achieves More) approach to learning, which includes staff, students, parents and the community, establishes a foundation of collaboration, cooperation and collegiality to set high expectations and to promote student success. Through a differentiated curriculum all children are challenged to use higher level thinking skills as they share their learning through innovative methods. Music and Art are integrated throughout the curriculum, and students have opportunities to showcase their talents in performances. With the "Whole Child" as our focus, the Arroyo Vista T.E.A.M. consistently commits to excellence.
